My wife,Celia and I were in a jam with our house we had for over 30 years! I became disabled and couldn’t use my legs- I was wheelchair bound!! Our beautiful 2 story home built in 1917 and had many of the original finishing in ‘‘twas not going be our home! We pretty much raised our 2 Sons in that house as they were in Grade School when we bought it! 
I contacted Jason to see if his advertising was correct- about selling quickly- as we were already in a small 2 bedroom assessable apartment and we were paying for the maintenance and upkeep on our house and for the rent and utilities of our apartment! We just couldn’t afford both- especially with both of us not working now- as my wife is at home taking care of me! 
Jason came to our apartment, sat down with us, and talked about all the advantages of selling our home through him! We were impressed with his experience and caring approach to a very hard decision in our lives!! He helped us to see how we could overcome a seemingly impossible situation! He did exactly what he said he would do- it’s hard to find someone who does that anymore!!

I found Jason on the internet. Jason reached out to me. He was very fast, very responsive. I believe he was in the house that evening. We were looking around. It was a great experience. It was easy. I highly recommend it whatever what your situation is. We had some hiccups along the way, but he walked me through them. All the way from beginning to close. It was a great experience. I just wanted to send you an email (which they don’t know I’m doing!) and thank you personally for being so polite and respectful to my parents.  I really appreciate how kind you were to them and non-judgmental in your comments about their house, and I know it meant a lot to my mom that you complimented the good things about their house.  I know selling a house they built and lived in for over 25 years is hard for them, especially since it isn’t happening how they envisioned, but it’s nice to know that there are still good, caring people in the world.  I think a lot of people complain when they aren’t treated well but most people don’t take the time to acknowledge when someone goes, I feel, above and beyond in their customer service.  So no matter how this works out, and whether you can help my parents, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated how you treated them and made them feel today 🙂
